When we first started looking into getting a hot tub, we checked out a few places for comparison. Invariably we kept coming back to Vantage Pools. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and provided us with the information necessary for us to make a decision on the type and size of the hot tub. As I said, we came back many times and they were always very helpful, including letting us try out the in store working hot tub! Once we made the purchase, Vantage Pools continued to provide excellent service in working with us through to installation and set up. We ran across a couple of issues but I was very impressed (and relieved ??) that the Vantage staff took full responsibility and ownership of the issues and quickly worked to resolve them with us. I am extremely impressed with the follow through, problem solving and client service support that I received from Hank and his team at Vantage. We ran into an irregular issue with our hot tub temperature control. Troubleshooting proved difficult and as a result, several components needed to be replaced. Hank was very honest and upfront with the ongoing issue, kept in regular contact with me and I truly believe he did everything he could to mitigate the cost on his end to ensure I was satisfied.
